How long will it take to receive my quotation?
We aim to get back to you within 24 hours, although sometimes it can take a little longer depending on the type of vehicle that has been offered. -
How long is the quotation valid for?
All quotations are valid for 7 days. -
How do you make payments?
All payments are bank transfers using faster payments. -
What if my truck is still on finance?
No problem. We will speak to your finance company and pay them directly to clear your balance. We will then send you the difference. -
When do you collect my vehicle after I've been paid?
We aim to collect within 7 days of payment. However, depending on location, it can sometimes be a little bit longer. -
What if my truck is a non-runner or accident damaged?
No problem. We can still provide you with a quotation. Often the brakes will need to be wound off or air pumped into the vehicle ready for collection. As the vehicles will need to be winched onto a low loader. -
What do I do with the V5 document and other documents such as MOT certificates after I have sold it?
Once you have received payment, we will provide details of what to do with the documents and where to send them. -
I am based in Northern Ireland/Southern Ireland can I still sell you my truck?
Yes, no problem. We buy many vehicles from Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland. We can either quote you including delivery up the port in Northern or Southern Ireland or if we can quote you up to the UK port, usually Liverpool or Birkenhead.
